Artist Lucy McLauchlan has been busy making Birmingham’s Central Library look surprisingly gorgeous thanks to her beautiful bird paintings on the side of the brutalist structure. The project was implemented and produced by EC-Arts in collaboration with and supported by The Central Library and Birmingham City Council.
