Bands are always trying new ways to reach out to new and long standing fans, and now with Beck’s commissioning beer bottle labels by bands Ladyhawke and Hard-Fi, beer drinkers will be gaining a whole new appreciation for the container of their beer. Richard Archer, lead vocalist, Hard-Fi said ” Working with Beck’s has given us the opportunity to connect with our fans in a different way and we’re looking forward to how they’ll react to our designs.”

Taking inspiration from their music and album art work that have garnered them a signature sound as well as look, each band will be aiming to create an inspiring and thought-provoking concept that will be attached to the iconic Beck’s bottle which works as an accessible canvas for the masses. No white walls neccessary,

Ladyhawke, aka Pip Brown said:

“Music and art are both inspirations to me, so to be involved in the Beck’s Art Labels activity is a fantastic opportunity for a different creative expression. I’m really excited about the creative process and I can’t wait to see my bottles in store.”

Not only a collaborator, Beck’s is a strong supporter of contemporary art, with the Beck’s Futures art prize, sponsorships and other commissions that have previously meant bottles graced with the work of Tracey Emin & Damien Hirst. With this collaboration they keep their 20 year dedication to music, art and good beer in full flow.

The redesigned labels will be found on both Beck’s and Beck’s Vier bottles and are launching in the late summer.
